Oxman takes lead as tech transforms ETA membership

Growth of mobile payments attracts software, telecommunications and Internet companies to traditional credit card services group Oxman Jason Oxman has a broad resume for a 40-year-old—all leading up to his current position as CEO of the $5 million-revenue Electronic Transactions Association.
